That is the people working for you, your Human Resource, the individuals that jointly contribute to business success. As a process, HR Outsourcing has to be done with a great deal of thoroughness and diligence.
HR Outsourcing is a method of subcontracting an HR service or operation to a third-party. So in simple terms, HR Outsourcing is subcontracting the management of your employees. It is an HR term that is being used more frequently as increasing numbers of businesses explore its potential to delegate of one or more business processes to an external provider, who manages and administers the selected processes.
Within the context of HR Outsourcing, the specific processes that are included within any HR Outsourcing company will vary from one business to another. Some businesses outsource virtually all of their HR processes where others select specific components, such as payroll.
In a recent survey of HR Outsourcing, the Chartered Institute of Personal and Development (C.I.P.D.) found that 29% of respondents are outsourcing some function of HR. The most commonly HR outsourced activities reported are legal activities (69%), payroll (66%) and pensions (64%).

- Focus – external HR Outsorcing providers don’t have the same level of focus and understanding of your customers needs as in-house HR .
- Hidden extras - there may be hidden costs that are difficult to calculate or prepare for. HR outsourcing may not include legal costs related to putting together a contract between the two businesses and the time spent to coordinate the contract.
